About this speaker
Emily Cole has been a champion for change in housing for the majority of her career, starting in London with a focus on mental health services. In 2016, she joined Great Places Housing Group in Manchester to head up the delivery of support services across the North West and was involved in the development and delivery of the hugely successful Greater Manchester Entrenched Rough Sleeper Social Impact Bond.
Emily led the successful bid for the Greater Manchester Housing First pilot and now leads the development and delivery of the programme to bring about system change through innovative solutions.
