Providing Housing First support during Covid - with discussion rooms (ends 12.30pm)

Please note: this session will involve periods of unfacilitated breakout room discussion with other delegates, allowing you to share your experiences with one another.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Housing First providers have faced significant challenges in the way they deliver their services. During the summer, Housing First England engaged with frontline practitioners and managers of Housing First services through a series of online practice forums, where we heard about all the amazing work happening across England and beyond to continue to provide support to Housing First residents.

This interactive session will look at some of the key learning points from the last 10 months including: the importance of digital inclusions, the role of telephone-based support and the changes to partnership working for Housing First teams.
